Some online store items might require additional shipping or store pick up.

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIME
Most orders placed before 11:00 a.m. will be shipped the same business day.

SHIPPING DAYS
Orders are regularly shipped Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Due to Holiday Mail Volume, please allow for an additional 1 – 2 days for the delivery of your order.

Holiday Items

Holiday items/décor will not be returned after the holiday it is from has passed. Without a receipt the lowest reduced price will be credited.

Online Sales

Online sales must be processed through the online website. You cannot return items purchased online at the store unless authorized by the website. Also note: Not all online prices will reflect in-store prices and not all in-store prices will reflect online prices.

Fishing Rods/Reels

Items with any warranty must be returned to the manufacturer.

Crossbows

Due to the fact that crossbows are a mechanical device and can be altered, for the safety of our customers, all sales are final. We will not accept returns on crossbows.

Clothing, Shoes & Accessories

All clothing/footwear must be returned unworn, clean and with original tickets attached and accompanied by original receipt.

Footwear
If there is a warranty you must have the original receipt, items must be clean of mud, dirt, and debris, and we must have the same item in stock for an exchange only or if you do not have any of the above mentioned you must go through the manufacturer.

Electronics

Electronic items cannot be returned to Northwoods. You will need to contact the manufacturer for warranty instructions (fishfinders, graphs, GPS units, etc.).

Miscellaneous Items

You cannot return bras, underwear, gift cards, lottery and/or dnr, flammable liquids, tobacco products, ammunition, over the counter medicines, baby food, baby formula, tires that have been used.

Gas Powered Items

Gas powered items under federal law: you cannot return any item that has had gas put in it. Boat gas tanks, lawn mowers, pressure washers, line/hedge trimmers, gas cans, boat fuel line, ice augers, gas or propane heaters, chainsaws, generators, etc.

Returning An Item

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse any return, refund or exchange.

Every return and/or exchange must have the original packaging and all parts, paperwork and tags. If the item came with a discount/coupon or as a bundle, the entire bundle package must be returned at the same time.

All returns/exchanges must be clean and/or free of debris or we will not take it back. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and must be within 30 days of purchase! You will be refunded in the original purchase tender type (cash or credit card)

  • There are some exceptions please read the entire return policy.
  • You must show a valid id with a return and/or exchange and it will be recorded.
  • Returns/exchanges without a receipt will be upon a manager’s approval only. You must a provide a valid id. If you do not have a valid id, we will not accept the return/exchange.
  • If you do not have a receipt, the lowest price (sale or clearance) will be credited back by way of an in-store credit that must be used the day of the return. No money or credit will be extended or returned. This is pending a manager’s approval.  See above.
  • All returns will be opened and inspected. If any parts and/or paperwork are missing you will not be refunded.
