SHIPPING CUTOFF TIME
Many orders placed before 10:00 a.m. will be shipped the same business day.
Orders are regularly shipped Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays.
Due to Holiday Mail Volume, please allow for an additional 1 – 2 days for the delivery of your order.
Unfortunately, as of August 30th, 20108 we will no longer be able to ship to California.
Holiday items/décor will not be returned after the holiday it is from has passed.
Online sales must be processed through the online website. You cannot return items purchased online at the store unless authorized by the website. Also note: Not all online prices will reflect in-store prices and not all in-store prices will reflect online prices.

In-Store Pick up
You may purchase many items from the website to pick up in store. Just select ‘In-Store Pickup’ when you are checking out. We will fill your order and hold it for 48 hours for you to arrange pick up. Please include who is picking up the order and when in the ‘Notes’ section of the checkout page. When you are picking up your order go to register 7 with your ID ready, and an associate will bring your order to the register.
Items with any warranty must be returned to the manufacturer.
Due to the fact that crossbows are a mechanical device and can be altered, for the safety of our customers, all sales are final. We will not accept returns on crossbows.

Clothing, Shoes & Accessories
All clothing/footwear must be returned unworn, clean and with original tickets attached and accompanied by original receipt.
If there is a warranty you must have the original receipt, items must be clean of mud, dirt, and debris, and we must have the same item in stock for an exchange only or if you do not have any of the above mentioned you must go through the manufacturer.
Electronic items cannot be returned to Northwoods. You will need to contact the manufacturer for warranty instructions (fishfinders, graphs, GPS units, etc.).
You cannot return bras, underwear, gift cards, lottery and/or dnr, flammable liquids, tobacco products, ammunition, over the counter medicines, baby food, baby formula, or tires that have been used.
Gas Powered Items
Gas powered items under federal law: you cannot return any item that has had gas put in it. Boat gas tanks, lawn mowers, pressure washers, line/hedge trimmers, gas cans, boat fuel line, ice augers, gas or propane heaters, chainsaws, generators, etc.
Returning An Item
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse any return, refund or exchange.
Every return and/or exchange must have the original packaging and all parts, paperwork and tags. If the item came with a discount/coupon or as a bundle, the entire bundle package must be returned at the same time.
All returns/exchanges must be clean and/or free of debris or we will not take it back. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and must be within 30 days of purchase! You will be refunded in the original purchase tender type (cash or credit card)
- There are some exceptions please read the entire return policy.
- You must show a valid id with a return and/or exchange.
- If you do not have a receipt you will not receive an exchange, in-store credit, or refund.
- All returns will be opened and inspected. If any parts and/or paperwork are missing you will not be refunded.

Donation Request Forms are available in store at register 7. To be considered for a donation, the Donation Request Form and Flyer for your event must be turned in 30 days prior to your event. All paperwork must be submitted in store at register 7. Emailed and faxed forms will not be considered.
We kindly refuse pets in our store due to the fact that we sell grocery items. The only pets allowed are service pets, unless they are small enough for you to carry in your arms.
Do it Best 'Ship to Store'

Your Do it Best online order ships FREE when you choose to have it delivered to Northwoods Wholesale Outlet! Your products will be shipped via truck from the Do it Best warehouse to Northwoods Wholesale Outlet. When it arrives, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s ready to pick up. (We generally receive our Do it Best shipments on Wednesdays.)
