Ideal Northern Edge Fall Forage has been designed to provide highly nutritious forage from late-summer until well after killing frosts. This ability to stockpile feed helps whitetail deer survive the harsh winter months until spring growth appears.

Deer feeding activity on this mix usually increases significantly after cool weather arrives in the fall and will continue throughout the winter unless snow cover is too deep.

The five brassicas that comprise this mix were chosen for their different maturities, high protein, palatability and the ability to adapt to a wide range of environmental and soil conditions.
