21mm Sausage Casings come in two colors, Clear or Mahogany. The mahogany casings are perfect for snackin' sticks while the clear are used for fresh and breakfast sausage. The 24mm clear collagen casings are used for hot dogs and smoked sausage and the 30mm clear collagen casings are used for brats.
Package will make up to 22 lbs. of meat.
