We currently ship to the United States. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.
Unfortunately, as of August 30th, 2018 we will no longer be able to ship to California.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).

Most orders placed before 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the same business day.
Orders are regularly shipped Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays.
Due to Holiday Mail Volume, please allow for an additional 1 – 2 days for the delivery of your order during the month of December.

You may purchase many items from the website to pick up in store for no extra charge! Just select ‘In-Store Pickup’ when you are checking out. We will fill your order and hold it for 48 hours for you to arrange pick up. Please include who is picking up the order and when in the ‘Notes’ section of the checkout page. When you are picking up your order go to the ‘Customer Service’ desk at the front of the store with your ID ready, and an associate will bring your order to the register.
In-Store pickup orders placed before 3:00 p.m. will be processed the same business day. In-Store pickup orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the following business day. You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

All apparel must be returned unworn, clean and with the original tickets attached
and accompanied by the original receipt.

Due to the fact that crossbows are a mechanical device and can be altered, for the safety of our customers, all sales are final. We will not accept returns on crossbows. We are a warranty service center for several bow manufacturers. We carry most crossbow strings and cables in stock. We service what we sell. Have questions about this or any other crossbow? Electronic items can't be returned to Northwoods. You will need to contact the manufacturer for warranty instructions. This includes fish finders, graphs, GPS units, etc.

If there is a warranty, you must have the original receipt. Items must be clean of mud, dirt and debris. We must have the same items in stock for an exchange only or if you don't have any of the above mentioned, you must go through the manufacturer.

Gas powered items under federal law: you cannot return any item that has had gas put in it. Boat gas tanks, lawn mowers, pressure washers, line/hedge trimmers, gas cans, boat fuel line, ice augers, gas or propane heaters, chainsaws, generators, etc.

You cannot return flammable liquids, ammunition, over the counter medicines, or tires that have been used.
